How to reset password (if unable to login)

Steps for changing your password when you cannot log in.

If you are able to log in, please click here for instructions on how to change your password.

1. Click "Forgot Password" at the bottom right of the login screen.

2. When the "Reset Password" screen appears, enter your registered email address and press "Submit".

3. Access the "Reset password" in the email sent to your registered email address.

4. Enter the password you want to change in ①. Enter the same password that you entered in ① in ② for confirmation.

5. Check the items shown in the following figure, and then press "Submit".

6. When you see "Password updated Successfully" is displayed on the screen, the password has been completed.
